Resort Acropoli is located in S. Francesco, in Via Madonna della Margana 83, 85, 87, near the archaeological area of the hills of S. Marco and S. Teresa, with a wide view on Pantelleria's harbour and urban area, from which it is only a few minutes away. It is easily accessible from both the airport and port. The island is connected throughout the year, and daily, with the airports of Palermo and Trapani. During summer, it is also connected with the airports of: Rome Fiumicino, Milan, Venice, Bergamo, Bologna, Turin, Verona, Genoa and Catania.

Pantelleria is also connected with Sicily (port of Trapani) via a daily ferry.
